2018 All Shore Symphonic Band Director Information
Please Read Carefully

- Auditions for All Shore Symphonic Band will take place on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 6:00 P.M.
- There will be a directors meeting at 4:00 P.M. prior to the start of auditions
- In the event of inclement weather, auditions will take place on Thursday, March 1, 2018
- The sponsoring band director must attend auditions in order for his/her students to be accepted into an ensemble
- If you are unable to attend the auditions you must arrange for a substitute PRIOR to auditions
- Substitutes and excuse must be approved by the ASBDA President only; Please do not reach out to anyone else including the Auditions Chair
- Director forms will now include a place to list a potential sub
- Snow date sub must be approved by 4:00PM the day before
- Student registration will open Wednesday, January 24, 2018
- Before any students from your school can register for auditions, the sponsoring band director must register and receive a school code to distribute to students
- Please complete the “Registration Fees” form and “Director’s Checklist” and mail them along with one check to the Audition Chairperson:

- Please read through the director’s packet for specific eligibility requirements and procedures
